Andrei Irimia

Andrei works in the Firm’s transactional practice, with a particular focus on securities, private equity, digital assets, and venture capital. With a background in Economics (UCF 16’) and a strong belief in systems-oriented thinking, Andrei seeks to apply the entrepreneur’s growth-mindset to legal challenges.
Prior to attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law (21’), Andrei worked at PwC, and then in the FP&L department for a private equity portfolio company that provided Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to ambulatory and hospital clients.
In his free time, Andrei enjoys learning about emerging technology trends and how they shape the future of our world.
