Matt Guarnaccia

Matt is an Associate Attorney within the Firm’s transactional, securities and asset protection practice. He began his journey at the University of Central Florida, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a pre-law track, coupled with a minor degree in Intelligence and National Security.

Being a south Florida native, Matt went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law, where he further honed his legal skills. During his time at law school, Matt served as a legal intern at the school’s Investor Rights Clinic – a securities clinic that represents underserved individuals in the community who have suffered broker-dealer and investment advisor misconduct. This experience instilled in him a deep understanding of the intricacies of financial law and investments.

After graduating cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, Matt embarked on a career in defense litigation at a firm based in downtown Miami where he gained extensive experience representing corporate clients in a wide range of legal matters, including professional liability, business litigation, contract disputes, premise liability, first-party property claims, general liability issues, and tort cases.

Beyond the practice of law, you can find Matt in the kitchen, relaxing on the beach, spending time with his dogs, passionately watching a Liverpool match or cheering for the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Hurricanes.
