Adam Stawara

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

R. Adam Stawara is an attorney in the firm’s Financial Practices Group. Adam’s practice is focused on helping clients navigate complex business and real estate transactions. He facilitates capital raising for real estate syndications, as well as assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions among other corporate needs. Since joining the firm, he has represented clients in real estate and M&A transactions exceeding $100 million in value.

Adam received his law degree from the University of Florida – Levin College of Law. While at Levin, he served as the Executive Student Works Editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. During law school, he completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Judge Paul G. Byron in the Middle District of Florida.

Adam received his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Florida. At the University of Florida, he participated in student government and was inducted into Florida Blue Key — the state’s oldest leadership honorary.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys traveling to new destinations and attending Gator football games.
