Madison Flanagan

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Originally from New Jersey, Madison moved to Florida to attend Rollins College and quickly fell in love with the charm of Winter Park and the surrounding Orlando area. Since then, she has made Florida her permanent home. After earning her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Rollins College, she went on to receive her Juris Doctorate cum laude from Florida A&M University College of Law.

Throughout law school, Madison held several leadership roles, including serving as President of the student division of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section. She was also selected as an Heirs Property Protection Legal Fellow, where she worked alongside various legal aid organizations to provide free legal assistance in real estate, probate, title, and estate planning to residents of Eatonville.

Madison worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Vincent Falcone and was also a pupil member in the George C. Young Inn of Court.

As a recent law school graduate beginning her legal career, Madison brings a fresh perspective, strong analytical skills, and a deep commitment to client advocacy. She focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, title matters, and the registration and protection of trademark intellectual property rights.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, and traveling.
