Administrative Paralegal
Paula Barnett is an Administrative Paralegal with comprehensive responsibility for business entity formation, Annual Report compliance, and corporate filing management. She oversees SEC Form D submissions and Annual Amendments, and coordinates state Notice (Blue Sky) filings for clients’ Private Offerings. Paula also administers the firm’s billing software and Secure File Transfer systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality across all filings and internal processes.
Outside of the Firm, Paula is an avid singer and a member of a musical ensemble that performs regularly. She enjoys cooking, cruising and spending time with her family and friends.
