Sean M. Southard is a commercial attorney focusing his representation on litigation, transactional matters, employment matters, and optimizing business solutions for his clients. He co-wrote, along with the firm’s founder, Dr. Larry Pino, an article published in the Florida and California Bar Journals entitled Turnkey Real Investments as Securities, outlining how most turnkey real estate investments are actually the sale of securities.
Sean is a graduate of the University of Scranton and Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Prior to law school, Sean sold property and casualty insurance, continuously ranking among the top performers. Sean draws on his experience in insurance and business transactions to anticipate risk and craft proactive strategies that prevent disputes before they arise.
In his spare time, he can be found hiking, exploring the area’s theme parks, relaxing at the beach, trying out diverse cuisines, and watching sports or the latest documentaries.
